VillaMix Festival shakes the crowd in Goiânia in more then 12 hours of music


With the seven greatest names in Brazilian music, VillaMix Festival confirmed once again its renowned status in Goiânia (GO). Uniting people from of all parts of Brazil, the 4th edition of the event, held in its home city, took place on September 14th and was for the second year, broadcast by Globo network and teleplay – “Sintonize”-as an end-of-the-year special.

The super stage structure was 28 meters high and 24 meters wide, with more than1,400 meters of LED lights. To capture all the flashes and emotions form the stage and the audience, 24 video cameras were strategically positioned. In the sky, a helicopter recorded videos of the show that, for the first time, featured a huge Ferris wheel and a kamikaze.

The opening act of the night was the singer Israel Novaes, known as “Arrocha” who sang his hits “ Vem Ni Mim Dodge Ram”, “ Alô Vó! To Estourado”, and more. Next, the duo Victor & Leo performed, participating for the first time in the festival.
In sequence was the young and talented singer, Luan Santana , who rocked the fans with his songs form the beginning of his career and also his new ones. After that, were the veteran singers Zezé Di Camargo & Luciano who also performed for the first time at the festival in Goiânia.

Acclaimed by the public, Jorge & Mateus brought fans to delirium as they took the stage. With a rain of confetti as they took to the stage, the singers sang the hits “A Hora e Agora”, the title track of their CD released in 2012. After their performance , Gustavo Lima took the stage with the hits “ Balada”, “ Doidaça”, and “ Gatinha Assanhada”. To finish with a punch , the new duo causing a sensation in the national music scene, Matheus & Kauan, rocked the audience until the end. They performed such hits as “ Mundo Paralelo”, recorded in partnership with Jorge & Mateus and the musicians of the moment,” Ciumento Mesmo”.
